WAVEs are Women And Veteran Executives.
We are senior leaders, executives, prospective executives, entrepreneurs and executives that may be taking a break with proven success and a military background.

We crave authentic friendship and community with other successful WAVEs. Our journeys tell a story of overcoming the norm, but with similar challenges such as frustration, fear, and the imposter syndrome. WAVEs is a new community to provide a sounding board and sisterhood to level up, realize our dreams and live in alignment with our passions.

JOSI HERON
Josi Heron is the Founder and CEO of Waypoints Equity, a Private Equity firm focused on multifamily investments. Josi believes that impact is made between the waypoints of our lives, and helps others find their path while giving back to veteran and community organizations. She is a USCGA'00 grad and lives in Colorado with her husband and three daughters.
PATTI TUTALO
Patti Tutalo is a consultant and holistic counselor focused on helping organizations become more inclusive of women and empowers women to live more authentically through women's circles and holistic counseling. She is a USCGA ’00 grad and retired from the Coast Guard in 2019. She lives in Northern Va. with her husband and two children.
